A dougen by birth. Dougen are all sudo angels, or fake angels. They were banished to the netherlands within the Makai, Demon worlds.
Tokiko-chan is always stirring-up trouble, searching for the gate out to Ningenkai, human world. She hopes from there she can find it to the Reikai, spirit world. Sometimes she gets her hopes up, and imagins a gate leading directly to Reikai.
Tokiko-chan wants to go to Reikai to see her lover, they met when he came to Makai on a case. They fell in love, and she longs to see him again, at any cost.
