Just a little piece of nothing! I wrote it yesterday. I like the last little section.
On the Edge of the Future
Let me be honest:
I'm scared.
Last night I cried
myslef to sleep.
The future is looming
so very close by
and it scared me to think
that soon all this will change.
I'm worried and nervous
and feel physically sick.
I want to die,
to end this fear.
I swear I' alright,
when one asks how I am.
But in truth I'm scared shitless
and want to fade away.
Future.
University.
Alone.
Change.
I cry as I write this,
as I contemplate this "future."
Scared.
Nervous.
Sick.
Worried.
I want my teddy bear
and my simple childhood back.
