First order of business: I'm in nanowrimo. For anyone who is reading and doesn't know what that is, it is National Novel Writing Month. It's hard to do...50,000 words in 30 days, but well worth it. Wish me luck!
Chas's Rant:
I was just thinking about people who think they're 'isolated'. What is the draw to enjoy being alone? What is it about that that makes people want to say 'I have no friends, I like being alone', or 'I think I'm like Gaara isolated lol'. WHY?! Granted, some people actually do like being alone. I must admit, I like holing up in my room and tapping away at my keyboard for hours or sticking a spork in a beer bottle and calling it art, without any human contact. But I don't have the 'I like being alone, I have no friends, woe is the little emo chick that is me!11!!!eleventyone!' thing going for me. So what is with people who think its cool or edgy to not have any friends?! And I noticed they are usually teenagers or preteens. I have never met an adult who boasts about not having any friends. Chas finds this whole thing strange.
I'm in the middle of the pyramid, I have a cricle of friends, and I am proud! [/end rant]
