She had a boyfriend, and one day she asked me if I would ask her out. I thought she was kidding. She was always joking around about being a player and stuff, but what I didn't know was that her boyfriend broke up with her. She then said that she was just joking, that she just wanted to know what the answer would be.
Later she moved to a different part of town, and that's when I started realizing that I have feeling for her. We stopped hanging out and last time we were together was at her "Going Away Party". She was going back to her country with her sisters.
I was pretty upset when she left. I was angry at myself that I never asked her out, but it was too late for that.
I wrote a little gay poem the night she left:
When the star fell on the Earth,

milkshakes turn into fries.
