I could remember only those piercing words
thrust into me that snowy, windswept day.
So I put them away, hid them with other secret
heartbreaks in the farthest corner of my soul.

Quickly, I locked them all behind its door and
threw its key into deep, treacherous waters.
Yet, you found it, opened my secret door and
sneaking into my corner took them all away.
