How do I show someone that I care and that I miss them and want them back when I've really messed things up with them and they don't even want to talk to me anymore?

.....Maybe if you had the whole story it would help more....

I like these 2 guys that are best friends. Tony, is my best friends (Christie) ex but they broke up a year ago and Christie doesn't like him anymore, so she said it was ok if I dated him. Mike, is just Tony's best friend and thats how I met him. Mike told me he liked me first and then a month or 2 later Tony told me he liked me too, at the time I liked Tony more cuz he was funny and sweet and I didn't really understand Mike yet I told Mike I liked him too (cuz I did sorta). So then Tony decided I had to date Mike and then break up with him so that Tony could date me. So I was stupid and did that, only problem was while doing so I started liking Mike more, but I broke up with him anyway.....Then Tony started dating someone else cuz he felt bad for her and sorta liked her. Mike found out why I broke up with him and was mad at me for awhile and then finally forgave me cuz he still really liked me and so he called me everyday and therefore I wasn't talking to Tony as much and I started liking Mike alot more. Mike got tired of me going back and forth so he told me to choose him or Tony and I chose him so he asked me out and I felt bad cuz I didn't want to cuz I was afraid I was gonna mess up again but I said yes anyway and then Tony got mad at me, so I felt bad again so I was gonna try and break up with Mike and before I could Tony left his cell phone out and Mike read through the messages and called me and told me he didn't trust me and he was breaking up with me and I was a b***h to him and I don't know why and I didn't mean to be but now he won't forgive me and doesn't want to talk to me and I really miss him and I know it sounds creepy but I'm having dreams about him and I just want to know what I can do just to get him to talk to me again.....any ideas?
