The Nameless Thief
by Joshua Lowe
There was a thief
That came to me
But I didn't know his name.
He said to me
In cryptic speech
He could take me to new planes.
He told me that
He gave me life
In the past among the stars.
He told me he
Must take it back
That someday he must move on.
I asked of him
What is this place
This plane of which you've told.
And in reply
He winked his eye
And said "A place of old"
He said that he
Could say no more
Because his hands were tied.
But someday he
Could tell me all
someday after I've died.
This thief who's age
Was hard to tell
Who's eyes held all that's known.
Was far ahead
And far behind
And at the same time gone.
He told me there
Was nothing else
To compare to his worth.
He told me he
Had known of me
Since far before my birth.
He said I'll give
you anything
If only you can name me.
When I am here
You'll want me gone
But when I'm gone you'll need me.
I'm all you have
And all you need
I've seen all of creation.
I'm everywhere
That you will go
Yet sometimes you won't find me.
I'm ancient as
The mountains core
I'm younger than a new born.
I'm longer than
The longest road
And shorter than a Dog's horn.
Dog's don't have horns
I said to him
He said to me he knew.
Despite that fact
He said to me
The statement still held true.
I pondered this
and all the things
That he had said to me.
And though he gave
Me many clues
It made no sense to me.
And so I'll sit
Here wondering
For all eternity.

my awsome aniki (brother) wrote this and I think it is ******** awsome!
i like burnt my wrist really really bad. i was making ramen and i pulled it out of the microwave and the thing is gay cause the water was hotter than it ever has been before and it splashed all over my wrist so now my wrist looks funky but it doesnt hurt anymore. it's just got these gross pockets of fluid in the worst part of the burn... both raymond and mom were all like "you need to go to the doctor" but they aparently don't know much about burns because they both thought i should wrap it up with gauze which is really really bad to do. anyway... yeah... thats enough grossing people out for today. baibai!
