Actively attempted to SH today, with a sharp object. Not the disassociation+uncontrollable skin picking that ive suffered with for years. My mental health has been so so so good since i started my new job, but i got news today that just completely devastated me and left me feeling so gross. Figured i would do a feeling wheel check….
General: angry, overwhelmed, disgusted
Specific: out of control, ashamed, powerless, violated, persecuted, humiliated
Towards self: dismayed, worried, hostile
