Ramblings and nonsense and junk, oh my! :O
Now *this* is cool.
I've never written in a weblog before. So I thought I'd try it out. But for the record, I have no idea what I'm doing with this. xd However, I was eagerly looking forward to the Journals so I could try it. 3nodding

Let's see...to mark this auspicious occasion, I'm going to list the Gaian headlines for today.

Gaian Headlines

September Donation Items Released

User Image Bani Clips

Now...the decision...I'm probably going to go with both. xp I only have two Septembers, though. ;_; No, I am not complaining. I am just stating facts. I think. But if I open my Letters, I think I'll miss them. They look so cute in my inventory. whee

Gaia Journals Are Here!
Isn't that obvious? xp

OK, perhaps listing the headlines wasn't such a good idea. Especially since there may not be much news tomorrow. So, moving on...

Personal Gaia News

It was hiro_kitty's birthday yesterday! Wish her a Happy Birthday if you see her around. ^__^ Even though it's a little late. heart

There's a lot of quests I have to support. But I was busy today, so I didn't get enough chance to do justice to them. -le sigh- I did go link hunting today. It's my newest obsession. If you don't know me, (wait, so why are you reading this, then? eek ) I usually lurk in the Exchange. I didn't start link hunting until recently. What's the point? Well, I post them on the G.E.N. Price Guide. Why? Umm...to help out? ^^; I like to do it. It's strangely fun. Then again, I find a lot of things fun that other people would probably find strange. O_o

So...what's left to post about? How about anime? Just so happens I saw some new (for me, I mean) anime today.

Anime I'm Currently Watching

Read or Die
I watched the three OAVs today. The plot's a little bit confusing, but the action scenes are awesome. Basically (I won't spoil it because I hate spoilers) it's about a team of secret agents with special powers trying to stop someone from destroying the world. OK, it doesn't sound that good on Paper (pun, anyone? xp ) in the very simple summary. But it works. The part I liked best was how the agents' special powers were utilized. When you think of super powers, you think of super strength, flight, speed, etc. Who would ever want a super power that works with paper? It was very original and, at the same time, stunning. The main character really kicks a** with her power. whee I now want the super power of paper! xd

RahXephon
Watched the first three episodes today. It's intense so far. And I love the theme song already. whee It's a supposed Neon Genesis Evangelion clone. But -- wait for it -- I have never seen Evangelion! -gasp- The blasphemy! surprised Therefore, I have nothing to compare it to. So far, I like the angelic theme. I'm not a big mecha fan, but this one I like. Then again, that could be a result of not seeing many mecha anime, and therefore I don't have enough experience to know when it's good or not. sweatdrop The plot twists seem complex and hold my interest. The animation is nice and fluid. And colourful. I usually like colourful anime. Some anime, like Haibane Renmei, though, are better with a dulled palette. But I digress.

Real Life

Now for some real life stuff...But I don't really like talking about real life on Gaia. gonk Anyway, I'm a student. I have a lot of reading to do, assignments to complete, and quizzes to study for. Need I say more?

The End

So that leaves me with nothing much to talk about. Except I need to organize my journal a bit better to make my posts more coherent. Once I do that, I'll stop writing before I hurt myself. domokun

Yes, it is a hard decision to choose between the evil looking devil clips and the cute bunny clips. Really, I would just open both the Septembers and get both of the donation items. It's just as easy as that, but that's what I would do.

Or you could sell one of the Septembers. The prices for the letters have been jacked up and they are selling good. I was lucky to have my letter donated to me by an awesome friend.

I try my best to donate, but I usually only donate to people I know around in the AT. I just really don't trust people in the Donations forum because they could just take your gold and go buy something else.

I now want to go see those Animes that you have mentioned. I am highly addicted to animes with Mechas in them, like the Gundam series. Hopefully I'll be able to buy the DVDs before Hurricane Jean comes by, so that I can just hook up the T.V. and DVD player to the generator and get the anime going.

School sucks. I have the same thing going on at my school. You're just lucky that you don't have a french teacher who has english as her third language.

    Update soon.

Thanks for your comments. I think I'll wait to open my Letters until the prices drop a bit. So I can buy one if I can find a good price, and therefore save one of my Letters. xd

I don't donate usually to random people, either. A few of my friends are on Quests, so I like to help out by bumping.

I hope the hurricane passes by safely. Best wishes to your family and everyone else affected by the hurricanes.

    A French teacher with English as her third language? O_o That's a bit scary. Most of my French teachers were Anglophones. ^^;

Thanks again for stopping by. I never thought someone would read this. whee

    What's link hunting?

The G.E.N. bases its price ranges on actual auctions that happen. They then reference these auctions when determining prices. So link hunting is just searching the Exchange for auctions that are completed. For example, if I see an auction for a Nitemare Collar that sold for 3K, then I would save the link and post it in the G.E.N. so they can keep their prices up-to-date.
