arrow Name: Chasmodai (Chas) Takahashi
arrow Age: One hundred and seventy. She isn't immortal per se, she has a life span, it's just about a couple thousand years.
arrow Appearence: Chasmodai has long black hair and blue slanted eyes that change colour with her mood. Her lips are full and usually caked with some interesting flavor of chapstick. She wears glasses made of regular glass and a red scarf that billows in a breeze behind her, no matter if there is wind or not. Sometimes she wears guy-ish clothes, and sometimes she wears very reveiling outfits, mostly because she likes to glare. Her face is always either grinning or glaring. There is no middle ground. Her teeth are startlingly white and rather sharp.
arrow Personality: Chas tends to be rather moody. She can be irritated easily and even though she mostly seems happy and bubbly, there will be weeks days when she's just snippy. Chas is contemplative and reflective as well as poetic. She usually can calm crowds, unless she loses her temper, in which case she just flips out and then she's really scary. Odd is one word to describe her. Chas is very opinionated about most things and can get really angry at those who refuse to listen. It's not about making others think the way she does (not entirely, anyway) but more being heard. She is sharp tongued, but mostly she wants to help. Generally Chas is nice but distant, though sometimes she'll take a peculiar liking to strange people.
arrow Bio: Chasmodai is a goddess-of-the-moon-in-training, always looking for an arena fight, though outside the arena she is the biggest peace, love, and forgiveness promoter ever. She is extremly charismatic and sweet to people she knows and likes, but to others she is cold.
Chas was born in 1830, began training as a Maiko in Japan when she was only five, and became a geisha at age ten. By the time she was fifteen she was head of the geisha house. One day she was out walking and the moon swooped her up to be the next moon goddess. She can poke her mind into other people's mind and look around as well as communicate with them. She can also shapeshift...though she is a bit of a klutz. She can also manipulate water, though only as an attack.
Chas had one son, Rosutoko and a husband but in 1906 a fever wiped both him and her husband, and she has never been quite the same since.
arrow She's generous with money. Chas will always help a friend-- no, anyone, in need.
arrow Jobs: Chas is a bartender at 'The Solemn Darkness Bar and Inn', student, and bar owner at 'The Wind Song Bar and Sacred Moon Academy'.
arrow Other: Chas recently went mute due to confusion about her place in the world and the meaning of life.
