OK I am getting really sick of crap happening to my surface pro 3, I'm so careful with it and it rewards me with stress and annoyance. I was doing work on it and it just shut off with no warning, the battery was fully charged and I didn't touch the power buttons. Tried to turn it back on and it wouldn't. Tried all the steps on the official site here: http://www.microsoft.com/surface/en-us/support/warranty-service-and-recovery/surface-wont-turn-on-or-wake-from-sleep?os=windows-10 and the only one that worked was Solution 3: Two-button shutdown. and only after waiting a few minutes after doing this step did it turn on again. I am starting to wonder if this product it reliable at all after my last incident that a wrote about on another post. scream The next time, if this happens again I might be doing a very important task and I will loose all of my progress because of this. Microsoft even markets this product for students in higher education and gives a discount, though the amount of stress that can be caused with assignments due and exams to think about this is the last people need. But for the amount of hassle and stress this product so far has caused me I will be warning people more than recommending it. cry
