So I have purchased a Surface pro 3 and during the three weeks I had it for, a section on the screen when drawing with the pen started to drift and then snap back to the position when moving passed the particular spot (This is very irritating when drawing or writing). I tried many things to fix the problem like changing the main AAAA battery, calibrating the pen, disconnecting and reconnecting the pen and doing windows updates. I ended up taking it back to where I bought it and they replaced it with a brand new one and sent the old one back to Microsoft. So far the new one doesn't have any problems so I will keep my fingers crossed. biggrin
