another knife thrust though me,
another drop of blood lost,
another night in the dark,
another tear shed for my love,
another bullet to the head,
another breath of this poison,
another scar on my soul,
another day in this pit,
another haunting thought,
another question in my mind...

When will this nightmare end,
when will this pain fade away,
when will this river of tears dry,
when will this live become clear,
when will this knife be pulled from me,
when will this air be cleaned,
when will this pit be gone,
when will this thought leave,
when will this question be answered?
