A Day in the Park
“Get out of here!” bellowed a man in the shop. The man pushed the girl out of the shop for not paying for a candy bar. “Don’t come back!” he yelled walking back into the store. “Stupid old man!” mumbled the girl. “Anne?” said a passing school girl. Anne looked up and saw the annoying school girl, Betty. Betty was an annoying girl who kept getting Anne to dress in pink. She always complained that Anne was gloomy and with a grueling mood. “Uh.” Anne didn’t know what to do. She always ran away when Betty came. “Hey! Girl! Let’s go shopping! Buy you some happy clothes!” Betty screamed in delight. Just the thought of herself in “happy pink” clothes gave her goose bumps. Anne ran away from, dropping her pack. “Wait!” Betty yelled, but Anne was gone.
She came to a park where everything was out of control, but still peaceful. Anne finally got away from the lavish girl for trying to be hospitable with her. Anne was never friendly with people when she went to high school. After the sudden death of her father, she fell into an utter depression. Sometimes she felt timidity timid of everything, but became disobedient. Anne shirked on her job and even her chores at home. People at school were somewhat afraid of he
Anne sat on a bench as the sky turned dark with rain clouds. She began thinking of her father, what it was like when he was alive, how happy she was. She felt dismantled, as if her botched heart will never feel happy. The more she thought, the more Anne got stressed.
Betty saw Anne in the park and started running up to her holding the pack. As she came closer, she slowed down her pace at what she saw. She saw that the dilapidated girl was crying, bawling. Betty sat on the bench feeling futile that she could not help Anne. “There! There!” she patted Anne’s back. “Don’t cry! Look!” Anne looked up to see what Betty has in store for her. Betty grabbed a piece of paper from Anne’s pack and made a bird with it. “See!” she smiled showing Anne the paper bird. Betty handed the pack back to Anne as she stopped crying. Betty saw that Anne looked peaceful as she looked at the sky. “I’ll stop trying to make you where happy stuff if you try to act a little happy. Betty asked. Anne didn’t say anything. Betty could see that she was mad for seeing her cry. “I’ll listen to your problems! I lost my brother in a car accident.” She said looking down at the grass. “I know how you feel when you loose someone you love. So let’s be friends!” he said. Anne looked at her, feeling that she’s not the only one who lost someone they loved. Anne smiled and started laughing as she looked at the sky. Betty was surprise that such a quiet person could have a big, scare laugh. “It’s not going to rain! Yay!” Betty smiled. Anne and Betty talked and talked for hours in the park. Anne found a friend who finally understood her. But the best thing is she found a friend in the park that her father and her went to.
Spooks--- Here’s the story. Anne is like a goth/Emo person and Betty is a weird or preppy girl who likes happy things and the color pink. I’ll be posting more stuff here in the journal. So watchout! Some have very bad and dirty things in them. Including cussing.
