I work at a fabric and craft store, and was fortunate enough to have met a co-worker that was willing to teach me to knit for free! I must say I am very lucky, and I greatly appreciate her taking the time to teach me. Every part of today was awesome! I was able to look at our wall of available yarn with a new perspective! My world seemed endless with the wide verity of yarns. All unique colors, textures, thicknesses and softness.
I picked the skill up quickly, and both my co-worker and I were happily surprised! I am happy I took this opportunity, and I know I will use this new skill to further create the things I love in order to express myself.
