I am so incredibly bored, its almost amazing... then again, its boring.

I had to wear a skirt today because of seminary. We have this thing every semester called "seminary conference". Its kinda like general conference, exept its our class presidence that gives the talks. Fortunatley, I'm the music vp, so I didn't have to give a talk. Unfortunately, I had to plan all of the musical #s, and even perform myself on my cello. Another girl and I played "If you could Hie to Kolob" on violin and cello. It was really pretty. After that, people gave talks, and bore their testimonies. It ended up with everyone in tears.

I love seminary.

Anyway, about the skirt. My seminary teacher "encouraged" us to dress up nicely for "conference", and since i'm in the presidency, I have to set a good example. The thing is, at school, I'm more or less of the tomboy/nerd type. when my friends who don't have seminary saw me, they flipped out, saying things like "NO WAY!"
"She looks like a girl!" "Next thing you know, she'll be talking about her hair and make-up!" It really didn't do much for my self-esteeme. Oh well, forget them all. rolleyes
