My RP-character boss. Here is what he has been doing so far in the vampire human wars guild;
Boss walked silently down a side street, looking as a few raindrops hit the metal lid of a trashcan not to far ahead. He had not been hired to do any work for the last month, he was getting restless and needed to se some action again. He reached the end of the side street, and infront of him was only a wall, no windows, no door. "s**t.." He said silently as he understood that he had been walking the wrong way all along. "I must be getting old." He looked at up at the buildins around him, and soon noticed a fire escape latter next to a window. Inside he could see how a television was giving out light flashing in diffrent colors.
He was alone. "I am alone."
Boss decided to go back down the street, finding his way to somewhere else. Along the way he saw a black cat, cleaning itself. "Such a beutiful creature." He thought as he passed it, his eyes tied to it. And now once again he had gotten lost, and tried to see something that he could remember from before. No luck. He ended up on the main street, he took a quick look down the left, and then to the right. "Bingo." He saw the old park, atleast he could remember the park and the many stories that had unfolded their. After just a minute he was moving along a small path thru the park, he feelt calm and acctualy enjoyed the moment. Boss had just find his was past an old tree, finding another path. It seemed as thou this one had a few benches aligned along it. He decided to follow it.
Boss had soon lost intrest in the two strangers that haunted this silent evening. But he decided to walk along the benched path anyway. After just seconds he passed the bench where she had been seated. Not that he was moving quickly, it was just closer then first thought.
"Well.... where should I head now."
Boss had stranded on one of the many benches in the park. He sat there leaning against his legs, starring out in to the "wild". Trying to understand what he was dooing there, what he was trying to do with his life in a place like this. He sighed as his eyes closed just for a few seconds, it was short rest from the horror surounding him. He knew that somewhere in this town, something terrible was going on. But that was not much diffrent from many of the other nights or even days.
He touched his chest with one of his hands, grabing the jacket and pulling it out a little bit. In his mind, this symbolised ripping out is own heart. A part of his body that was meaningless to have, just a another peace of flesh waiting to be desolved in to dust when he dies.
"Dust.. Thats all we become." he said to himself. Never would he be remembered for the few heroic things he did in life, and neither would be remebered at all. He was just another creature lurking in the night of a world that craved for light.
Boss had nothing left to see in this park, nothing left here to experience. Atleast that what was he fellt like, he needed something, something to do. He stood up from the parkbench, stretching his body so that every muscle was feeling loose, stretching his arms up in the sky, lookin up seeing nothing but clouds at this moment. And then he dropped, his body got caught up in gravity and his body feelt heavy and old. He sighed and left it behind him as he walked down the path and on to a street.
He needed to go somewhere and decided to get in to the nearest clubb to rest his thought for a while. The first place he found himself in was a shabby old pub. With customers that looked as if they had never left the place, maybe that was the case. Boss sat down on a stool at the bar it started to wiggle a little as he sat down. Boss raised a hand and as he got the atention of the bartender he ordered a red glass of wine. A glass of fine red wine. He sipped it slowly, to slowly, it feelt as thou the drink would never disappear. But it did eventually and he ordered another one.
This time he just stared at it. Feeling the time pass, as he became one of the people that never left. "I cant go on like this..." He said silently to himself. Nothing mattered no more, he needed something.... something.... but what?
Boss had just finished his second glass, and his body was still as cold as it was an hour ago. He knew that his body wouldnt be effected by the tasteless drink he was holding in a dirty old wine glass. But for the moment it was all he got, for this moment, this glass of wine and this pub was his world. The only things he needed to live. Atleast just for a little while.
The bartender stood infront of him holding the wine bottle, Boss was so abscent that he had hardly noticed that he was just sipping air from his glass. He put the glass down and let it once again be filled with wine.
"Are you gonna be here long stranger?" The bartender asked him. Boss noded lightly. He had nowhere to go right now anyways. The bartender raised his elbows in a quick movement, as he turned around to clean a few used glasses. He didnt do it well."
