UPDATE 2/29/2012: I am currently trying to update the list. I know some people have private messaged me with suggestions, mistakes I made, etc. so I will be looking through my messages to see if I can find them. If you don't see me add the suggestion, fix the mistake, etc. it is okay to message me again. I am human, and I do forget.
