What can people do to make me believe that I can actually trust them? It's like when you have a boyfriend or girlfriend that you sometimes don't talk to for a long time and then you start to think that they don't love you let alone even like you as a friend anymore. So how can people expect me to trust them when they show actions towards me that tell me that I shouldn't even trust them in the first place. It feels like I keep walking into a person that I think that I can trust and then I'll end up getting stabbed in the back by that very same person. I just think that maybe I should give everything up. No more boyfriend, no friends, no nothing until I can be sure that I can trust a person in the world. A family member, a good friend, or a loved boyfriend I don't know which, but I know for sure that at the moment I can't trust any of them until they show me that I can trust them in the matter of the time being that we are still in the world together and sharing the same breathing space almost.
