I paint my face in furtive colors of happiness, using them to hide the marred, mangled image that resides in my features.
Be careful what you are looking for,Morose shadows flit across these hazel eyes.
Dark tendrils of hurt seep out and drip down my face,my skin puffy from the irritation it caused.
My entire face is soaked but all you will ever see is a Cheshire smile and sparkling pupils, seeming so content yet truthfully desolate. leaving you all the more blind to my suffering.
Bleeding, my love for you until the only thing i am left with is a broken dance hall with a disco ball, its reflectors instead of a metallic bright are a sanguine mess as the pieces of my heart complete it, my sobs are the only tune i sway to as i wait in my secret refuge.
