1. Take them driving. Point out everything they did wrong. Make contradictions, like, "Follow the sign," then, "Think for yourself". Call them stupid. Rub it in their face that your life, their life, the lives of all the passengers, and the life of the car are all in their hands, and that they have butterfingers.

2. Whenever they come to you with a problem, point out that you think that they brought it upon themself. They are the pilot of their own life, after all. Nevermind the fact that they are simply coming to you for emotional solace. They screwed up their lives, and they should know it.

3. Push them until they snap, then ground them. After all, they should learn to control themselves. Never mind the six or seven warnings they gave you that they were not amused by your pushing.

4. Bash them, and then accuse their defending themselves as back talk. You're right, so anything they have to say is non-valid.

5.Whenever they tell you about something that's really important to them, ignore them or get annoyed with them for talking to you when you're trying to do something "important". Like eating your dinner.

6. Ask them about stuff they don't care s**t about. When they give you no details, get mad at them for never letting you into their life.

7. When they ask you to do something, get angry with them. How many things are they going to demand you do? Point out they are a spoiled brat, then get angry when they get upset with this accusation.

8. Don't listen to a word they say. You are right, you will always be right, and even if you are wrong, you are right.

9. Be suspicious of every little thing they do. After all, those no-good teens are always up to something.

10. Never let them share their opinion. You've been there before (like, twenty+ years before) so therefore, you are the supreme authority on the subject. Guilt trip them if they don't approve.
