It's like something just went inside me and messed up my thought pattern... I can't seem to have good dreams, and all I have are nightmares... I am anxious for no reason again, and I feel that if I tell anyone what I feel they wouldn't even care... I want to hurt myself, but I don't want to end back in Belmont Pines Hospital.. Yet, it's hard to not pound my head against the wall. Yeah, I may seem crazy, but it's how I feel. These nightmares scare me, being in the dark at night scares me...
I was at my bro's house two days ago when I keep seeing shadows flying around. I couldn't do much so I kind of covered my face with my coat and cried. WHY AM I FEELING SO MUCH PAIN INSIDE!?
I want to talk to someone about my feelings, but who?! I feel alone again. I feel like straight out s**t!
...Right now I wanna cry...
I try to speak but no one seems to listen...
