Hey there...
Why the Hammer and Sickle?
My profile theme is obviously a questionable one, and before people start to ask questions, I shall explain my purpose for choosing and using it.

First of all, let me tell you what the hammer and sickle stand for. The symbol of the hammer and sickle is associated with Communism, the Communist Party, or the Communist State. The hammer and sickle represent the unity of the industrial and agricultural workers and was made during the Bolshevik Revolution.

This symbol is most recognized as being on the red flag of the Soviet Union (what is now Russia). But that is the past. However, it is still used today, and there are even variations to the symbol, but essentially, they are all the same.

Aside from the history, I'm fascinated with the idea of communism. Some may say I'm crazy, but I wouldn't want to be normal anyways. I will not push my beliefs on anyone, but I will express my opinion proudly and freely. China is a communist nation and it is the most "successful" one on earth. I quoted successful because in a sense it is, and in a sense it isn't. Success in China's case is that the country basically owns most of the world, that is, most of the world is still paying China. razz

Screw it. I love Russia. <3
