His abilities are that he can control lightning/electricity and also can produce it him self.
He's very dark and likes to be alone. He's also very over protective. He's got his own little hidout, but not really his own home.
The main setting is in Dalmia City (I just made this up)
As for appearance: Pale white complexion, smokey white hair, and emerald green eyes. 5'10" weighs 143lbs and is 26 years of age. He's very lean and a bit muscular, but not too much
