Hair Style: Chopped to his shoulders in a sign of mourning. He did it himself so it's rather messy. A few locks of his hair always swings forwards over his eyes and cheeks so he has to keep pushing them back.
Eye Color: A bright, intense green. He's French-Japanese, so his eyes slant slightly upwards but he has the Caucasian eyelid type.
Build: Leanly muscled, like a figure skater. Very toned. Built for speed/agility.
Distinguishing Marks: He has a black line drawn under his left eye and a piercing in his left ear that's usually a small emerald stud.
Outfit: Black jeans, cut loosely for ease of movement, a sleeveless mesh top and a black backpack of the kind that's big enough to carry a laptop. You can switch the mesh top for a sleeveless red t-shirt instead, with a tilted three-pronged crown in black printed on the front, or maybe the legend 'HEARTBREAKER' stenciled on the front and a heart broken in two at the end of the word, right over his own heart. Feel free to be creative with his clothing! Bare feet, black boots or black sneakers all work for him.
Personality: Outgoing, friendly, and very charismatic. Devlin's the sort of boy that always has ideas about what to do and if you don't want to do it, too bad. He'll talk you into it anyway. No sulking allowed. He's got a lot of energy and very little respect for the rules. Rules are for stupid people to keep them safe. If you want to get anywhere, you have to break past what everyone else has decided the 'boundaries' are. You'll never discover something new doing the same thing as the person next to you.
He was actually a child assassin, so he has excellent fighting skills, but he keeps that part of his life secret from everyone. It does, however, explain his ruthless nature and keen, unrelenting intelligence. He's very protective of the people he cares about and loves entertaining them, never more delighted than when he's the center of attention. His facade is perfect; it's only when nobody's looking that he allows himself to smile with all the sharpness of a knife. He's got a bit of dragon blood in him too, enough that sometimes, his pupils grow slitted and all his teeth turn triangular and sharp, but that's really not necessary if you prefer to stick to purely human chars. And it's not like he tells anyone about the dragon side (except the people he kills because the dead don't talk anyway).
