Hes a dapple grey in body. His mane is lone and white, silver shading. The tail should be tipped in a red/rust color. But his markings should be similar to the reference.
His tail should be in the long style, and his mane should be the X #9's style. The feathers in the braided mane should be like blue jay feathers.

His eyes are bright blue. The end of his muzzle should be a dark grey. He should have a white stocking to his 'knee' on one back leg, and one front leg. The legs with white stockings should have creme hooves. The other two should have black hooves.

Bright Blue eyes. He should have a white blaze up his muzzle.. Maybe a little pink color to the tip, like some horses have? All four legs should have grey markings to the knee, his hooves should be white. He should have a white mane, in the style Forever Foal. His tail should be braided. The feathers in the braids, should be a bright shade of blue, like his eyes.
He should have a darker grey color over his back and 'saddle' area, that fades into the white. -see ref. image-
