sweatdrop Monday again, another day off--soo nice. Hot Hot Hot tho. AC in Dad's house still not working. Man's supposed to come tomorrow. Was supposed to have come Friday, but never showed. Sat here all day in the sweltering heat waiting. Temp got up to 93 0r 4 outside. Imagine what it was inside. Anyway, took care of some business this A.M. Talked to my Mom who's away for a while. Then finally got to do the one thing I've been dying to do for many years. I went to the beach. Oh how lovely. Just to be able to smell that ocean smell & hear the sound of the waves crashing on the shore line was absolute bliss for me. Went right by myself too. Didn't matter. I was in heaven. So much so that I got a warning ticket on the way. Didn't matter. I still loved it. Plan to go again tomorrow--just as soon as the AC man comes!!!
