The next few days, Miki stayed in the hospital, and Joseph no longer went to visit her. The day she got out, she saw that Joseph wasn't home. "So...he really did leave, but where?" She looked and saw a note.

Please. I'm not asking for forgiveness, but if you've already figured it out, I am a vampire. I am leaving this world. I guess it's not ready for us vampires. Do not tell anyone. That's all I ask. I might be back soon since I've grown a liking to you as my best friend. When I do, I'll tell you everything.

She bent her head down, and walked to the chair where they first slept together. She placed her head on her knees and cried. "Good bye Joseph. I'll miss you."
"Joseph! You're back!" Richard said happily.
"Yes, brother. I've returned."
"So how was Hell?" Right when Richard said that, Joseph had a flashback. Dates, Love, People, Hotdogs, Miki...Especially Miki...
"It wasn't really a fun place to be in." He lied.
"So you hated it?"
"I guess." He lied again.
"Great because I've got a wonderful surprise for you!"
"What is it, brother?"
"Follow me."
