Joseph and Richard went to sleep.

Joseph was about 100 years old. Richard was 200 years old. Their clothing was assigned to them depending on the year they were born. The older the clothes, the more vampires are going to respect you. They never change their clothing style. If they did change it, it would be against the rules. Vamps however are allowed to change when they enter the Human world to eat so that they wouldn't stick out.

The next day, Joseph went with his brother to eat. They both drank the blood of two cows. "Hey Joseph. Look! That DVD is a big hit. I guess we're famous." Richard chuckled, and pointed to a billboard and the hit movie, "Twilight". Richard hated humans also, so he always joked about it. "Yeah, I heard there's like 4 parts to it still." Joseph added. "It sickens me to see the humans think of us as their "Love-life". It's humiliating to be a Vampire now."
"Yeah. Well, mother will be mad to see us gone for so long." They left.

Miki was walking to school. Her parents were brutally murdered in front of her eyes by a vampire. He threatened to kill her if she told anyone. Each time she sees a movie about vampires, she'll always remember her parents and how evil vampires are. She got to school, and a boy was punching a kid. "Hey! Stop it!!! STOP!!!" The bully glared at her. "Or what?" She gave him a glare. The glare pierced him, and he acted as though he could take her. "You won't do anything. You're just a little girl." Those words. Those two words. She grabbed his shirt. She let go, and punched him in the face before he could leave.

Do you know what it's like to see your own parents bleed to death in front of your eyes? To have to just sit there scared, helpless, worthless. To have the feeling that you can't do anything. She looked at her mother on that day, but she told Miki, "Don't come closer. Run. Run as fast as you can. He's...too...strong." Both her parents died on the ground, under the man that killed them. She never forgot his face. His smile of satisfaction. He eyes filled with blood red. His teeth covered with white under the dripping blood. She never forgot him. The vampire that spared her.
