The seasons have changed and it's time I move on
And like the seasons themselves, I must pass on to a new place.
Wishing to stay a little bit longer I delay as much as possible,
But as it has been made known, I cannot stay.
I grew slightly weary of this place from the get-go, but still I stood.
So, as much as I hate to leave like this, in this condition,
My heart, my spirit and being must leave and wait for the next season,
The next person, the next season to touch your heart will be that of another.
I'm sorry my love, but as everyone knows, the seasons change their position,
And I must change my place, my partner, my comfort zone for the time being.
