I never really realized it before but i'm *incredibly* fragile.
My skin is *so* sensitive to really anything, i'm so responsive to pain, something that hurts for someone is enhanced times three for me. I'm also really easily hurt emotionally. Along with that I very easily feel others pain. I'm *very* responsive to loud and sudden noises.
My mother says i'm like porcelain doll. o3o
I started thinking about all of this when I got out of the shower and i remember how the doctor told me to dab my self dry with the towels and not rub my skin with the towels as it irritates my skin. I'm always to wear cotton. I'm also incredibly stressed, that goes hand in hand with my panic attacks.
I'm alot to deal with. <;D
