My life: It should be a work of fiction. Maybe written by Lemony Snickett...not that I really like those books, but it's a good example.
So, 3 weeks ago, I crashed and totalled my car. It happens. People believed that. They raised their brows at how bad it was (Yes, the front end really is gone. Yes, all I have is a nifty scar from the seatbelt burn) but still believed. I guess the truck did exactly what it was designed to do in an accident, and therefore I escaped without injury.
Then, next week, the wheel fell off Zach's car. Very believable, have you ever seen his car. In fact, we want to trade it in soon, but fear it'll only be worth about $100. sweatdrop
So, then, the internet stops working because the internet installation man never showed up. Well, I guess what happened is that we took the initiative and installed it ourselves, but the installation person never got the memo. So, he decided to reschedual himself...and never inform us about it. Therefore he showed up on a weekend we were gone, and then proceeded to cancell our account. Perfect!
So, now we've got that fixed, and we're just waiting for something else to happen. The Marine Corps Ball is this weekend, and I doubt that'll go without mishap. As it is, the guys in Zach's squadron think I'm a complete idiot. One guy was at the apartment for dinner when I broke a glass bowl with our vegetables in it. And everyone's heard of all the rest of my mishaps. ^,^ So, I guess, that's my updated report. Yes, life alone is interesting.
