Yeah, I've got a very unique case of writers block.
I have a story flying through my head, but when I go to write it down, it vanishes, but whenever I try to write anything else, I get all blocked up, because it seems that the story has just taken over, it's all I can think about, so it's preventing me from doing other work well, or even just writing normally, but when I go to fix that and put it on paper or even type it out, when ever I want it to be heard, I choke up and can't write.
Rargh.
