1) Is the art REALLY good/professional looking?
2) What does the description say? If it says nothing or is written poorly (poor spelling, "i was bored", etc) Also if they don't give their DevianArt account. Most young artists now days at least have a DA.
3) Check their gallery. If it's the only thing in there or looks different from the other things. Also if their info says they're 14 (or type and act like) but the quality of the pic is that of at least a college student.
1) Right click on the image and go to "properties" From there you can get the URL link they are using for the pic. Most come from Photobucket but some people link directly from the website they stole it off of.
