Well, it turns out that I can't go to school after all. It's because I couldn't get a cosigner in time, or cover the amount that I needed. I wanted to do the monthly payment thing, but I apparently have to have a job to qualify for that. Well, I guess I'll have to postpone school until March. I'll focus on getting a job and saving money for a while. I know I won't be able to go back to Alaska, but... I didn't really like it there. The wifi was terrible, I was stuck in the middle of nowhere for weeks on end, Anchorage (the part that we always went to, anyways) sucked, and I prefer to keep my work and private life separate. I lived with my fellow coworkers in a dorm, so I got to see them all the time. stressed This obviously gets annoying after a while, because some of the people made my life hell for petty reasons. For example, the head breakfast cook and I were playing a game that he usually beat me at, but I kept on going because it was fun. After being beaten a couple of times, I said, "Alright, It's time for me to take off the gloves and get serious." Everyone in the room chuckled, and after we had chosen our characters (we were playing Soul Caliber 4. He was Darth Vader, I was Tira), I proceeded to wipe the floor with him. The last time we was knocked out, everyone in the room started cheering like there was no tomorrow. He was obviously quite angry, and the next day, he was still pissed at me. He tried to sabotage everything that I was cooking, and he was mean to me whenever possible. Bah...
Anyways, I've decided to go to Kumoricon this year, and I'll be going in a group with a couple of friends as Kasumi Todoh from King of Fighters. I'm really looking forward to it! 4laugh
