This is 2nd Head Grandmaster Temporius. She is the counterpart to Head Grandmaster Celevista. She is the Governor of Time.

This is The Author's Universal Representative (A.U.R.), the Watcher of The Existence, and the physical form of the Author, who is the Creator of The Existence.
