Maggie
A friend who is strong but true,
she knows how to sing, but then, others do too.
She has a great voice, and is always nice and friendly,
that's why were friends, good friends for sure.
She likes to sing, she likes to draw,
she's my good friend, and hangs out at the mall.
She watches movies, but other teenagers do too,
she is my best friend, that's why we hang out at all.
We get along well, we never fight,
no matter the drama, we are very tight.
She likes to shop, to hang at the mall,
but other girls do too, right?
Lawrence
A good friend of mine,
who makes me smile and shine.
He makes me laugh, makes me bright,
there's not much to say, but that he can write,
poems and stories, and he's good too,
a good friend to have when my life is such a gloom.
He is a good friend of mine, I care about him much,
maybe I think of him as a brother as such.
We are good friends, we talk at times,
but we haven't really hung out together in a very long time.
