Hidden Mist Roleplay Story so far...
Story in Hidden Mist Roleplay so far:

Chamadar walked through the front depths of the forests, hiding behind trees and he moved on through the thick mist. Watching... Nothing in particular actually, being in his usual daze, his own little world of intelligence. Walking along his feet sank into the soft mossy earth. Then turning to arrive at a tree, making sure it was not visible from sight of the opening he sat down, able to feel the mist. It was cool, matching the humidity of the forest. His somewhat clawed finger resting on his knee that he pulled up against him. Letting his other leg rest out strait in front of him. Looking up he stared at the sky, barely seeing it through the brush, just wishing it would rain.

Wires wound around his body, Jack lounged back in a creaky old wooden chair, taking apart some device he'd been working on all morning. Of course, like usual, it didn't work. He would undo his work and try again, with a new invention. This was just something to pass the time, anyways. He lived in one of the few towns for the sole purpose of having somewhere to work on his inventions, and places to store them.

His windowless curtains showed the streets of the very small vampire town outside. The mist wound through the few streets like usual. It was welcome by Jack still, after all these years of being his companion.

Jack sighed, looking down at the mess of metal and wire in his hands. He dropped his screwdriver to the desk in front of him and stood, removing all the wires strung around him. His hair was down, so he brushed it back with his fingers and tied it off with a bright green wire.

Time for a walk, I think... he thought, peering once more out the window. He hoped for rain, but did not expect much.

He exited his house, not bothering to lock it. Though he did not trust these vampires, stealing things in this city was almost completely pointless. Why bother, really?

He stuffed his hands in his pockets as he randomly walked through the streets, finally breaking off into the woods. The coolness of the day was soothing, and Jack breathed the air in deep. Though breath was not something he needed, breathing was a habit he felt awkward without.

The sun attempted breaking through the trees, but the few rays that succeeded were cut off by the thick mist, much to many of the vampire's pleasure. Jack missed the sunlight, but not enough to go out and try to catch some. He stayed in his place. Safe.

Chamadar sparked out of his quick daze as he heard footsteps coming his way. He still sat hidden behind his tree. He was near a small village. He was hoping to move out as soon as the expected rain started. The other vampires didn't exactly worry him. He'd lived around a long time, learned tricks and sat among some of the longest lived here.

Finally, after a few minutes he finally decided to trouble himself with the simple task of getting onto his feet. As he did he peered around the trunk of the tree behind him and say a man walking towards him, long hair that was up and a ring around his lip. Coming from the village direction.

Chamadar stood there, staying where he was, wondering if he should attack him, as his nature told him or just say hello...

Jack's steps were slow, relaxed. The world around him was as calm as ever. But then, a scent swirled around him and the calm became sparked with excitement. Jack's body tensed, his gaze focused.

He removed his hands from his pockets but did not crouch into a pouncing attack stance. He
simple stood there, looking calm though his emotions were frantic.

Another vampire stood up from behind a tree, hair and eyes both the same shade of burnt red.

The expected rain began to fall, breaking it's way through the thick canopy of trees. It had more luck fighting the mist than the previous weak sun did. In fact, the mist was no obstacle at all.

Jack slid his hands into his pockets once more, his unblinking eyes trained on the new face. He bowed his head, never removing his gaze from the other.

Now Chamadar knew he was being watched, but unusually this vampire wasn't crouching down, ready to fight him... Plop... Plop... Plop... He quickly turned his head to the thick overhead and the droplets of rain began. Time for me to head out... He thought, but decided against it, well at least for a few minutes. Now coming out from behind the tree he didn't even try to hide his appearance from the supposedly "Intruding" on him. As he turned strands of his hair blew in the small breeze while few stuck to his forehead from the rain. As he reached to remove the stuck hair looking at the opposite vampire Chamadar said, "Hello." In his normal, sort of hazy voice.
