just a couple weeks ago my grandpa died, it was really tragic to alot of people. I wasn't one of them, I didn't know my Grandpa very well, so I didn't have any real emotional ties with him. He meant just about nothing to me. The day I was told about his death, it didn't stir any strong emotions inside of me, so I went apon my daily life & didn't really give it another thought, until one night I was laying in my bed trying to sleep when my grandpa's image popped into my head. I started to think how i would have felt if I had tooken the time to know hime better, I started to realize that i wouldn't be able to comprehend what it would feel like because I've never lost anyone close to me, & so instead of being shallow & not continueing to ponder it, i kept thinking & ended up crying. My next journal entry will be about giving thanks to alot of people.
