Britney Spears little sister Jamie Lynn Spears may be taking some public relationship lessons from her big sister. Britney certainly knows how to draw attention to herself even when she is doing relatively nothing and now the younger Spears has also picked up on that.

Jamie Lynn has been spotted out sporting a brand new rock on her wedding finger (yes, Britney Spears little sister in only sixteen) and is also reportedly tooling around town showing off her 'The rumors are True" tee-shirt. How appropriate for the star of the Nickelodeon series "Zoey 101".

The tee is apparently her answer in writing across her chest that she is now engaged to the father of her baby (in pop culture lingo the "baby daddy" wink Casey Aldridge. This guy is but eighteen years old so naturally her parents are expressing caution and don't want her hitched but they also wanted her to stay out of sight until the baby was born so she likely has broken free of them for a bit.

People magazine has the baby bump photo here and reports that she has signed up for a baby registry and you can now go get Jamie Lynn a baby gift. Prices vary from two bucks to about $300. Happy shopping

Who keeps sandbagging Hannah Montana starlet Miley Cyrus? There are now bikini photos of Miley Cyrus floating around and being mailed all over the Internet and expect a scandal. The swimsuit picture is not anything racy. Sure Miley shows a lot of skin but she is fully covered. But some will say she is looking seductively into the camera.

The photo looks like it was taken in the edge of the pool or perhaps even a spa. She is in a white swimsuit and the photo is taken from above her head and it may have even been snapped by Miley herself. So how did the snap make it's way from the camera to the Internet?

Who is exploiting Miley Cyrus? Earlier a series of photos with Miley and a friend sharing a stick of licorice and in other 'provocative' poses went from being a couple of teen girls having fun on the floor to a full blown scandal that the star finally had to comment on during a live radio interview.

Now that scandal has died down a bit and this photo leaks out. The bikini photo is here. Disney girls need to learn from High School Musical starlet Vanessa Hudgens and realize that any photo they take, even if they believe that it is private, may be intercepted and released online for the whole world to see. Is it a scandal - or just a teen girl in a bikini?
