Words I forgot to say

I’m still wandering in this forest, even now.
A million years later.
I’m still here,
In this forever forest
Forever winter,
Forever white,
Forever silent,
Forever just me here,
Forever alone
I’m still lost in this white forest,
Even a million years later,
I still wander going nowhere in this never forest
Never ending,
Never stopping,
Never changing,
Never turning,
Never day. Never night.
I’m still here in this forest, the ice girl,
A frozen heart,
A frozen tear.
Breathing frozen breath.
I’m still haunted here in this forest,
By these long lost ancient words that still whisper to me,
Forever reminding me that I forgot to say
I love you
You don’t remember me, but I remember you.
You might have seen me, mourning my love for you,
I forever wander this white forever and never everything and nothing forest,
How lost am I?
These ancient words are haunting me,
Everywhere I turn in this world is white,
And everywhere I turn they whisper
“I love you I love you”
I am cursed to live here,
I am bound to this land, bound to this forest that is my own death,
Or somewhere in between my being and my heaven,
How close is it to my hell?
Sometimes I hear another voice,
It whispers to me softly;
“Hello, this is my own mind, giving me someone to talk to alone”
And when it speaks, for a moment I can’t hear the other whispers in the frozen trees,
For a moment I don’t hear it, over and over, carving itself over and over into my mind,
“I love you I love you I love you”
Forever reminding me that I forgot to say
“I love you”
