Well Harry and Ron were making a list of virgins at Hogwarts. They couldn't decide whether to put Hermione on the Maybe list or not because of the whole thing with Krum. And I think it was Harry who asked her, "So...have you and Krum ever...you know...played 'Hide the German Sausage'?"
