why must we be so far apart?
what have i done to you?
i treasure you,
more than i love myself,
and yet you chose to turn,
all your hatred on me,
i live and i will die,
but for what right,
do you have to punish me so?
for i have done nothing,
to deserve such a fate,
you know you are wrong,
and yet you still punish me,
for your wrongs,
for my rights,
it is all gone,
for i feel no pain,
it is locked up inside me,
so that one day,
when i die,
it will lay on the soft cold ground,
and only then will my saddnes, wrath, and darkness rise,
it will follow me,
draging me to hell,
i will have to blame you,
because you forced these feelings onto me,
in the end they will betray me,
just as you did me...
