As a ranger, she has been charged with protecting random employers who are either wittiness to mystic crimes or other such things and also investigates strange crimes that take place in the human world. One case that she has been working on has taken her to a very large city with many low lives. Even though the life of a Ranger can be rather lonely, Niki always manges to keep a smile on face, her man in sight and her trusty gun ready on the trigger.
