#1. Hug a pillow
#2. Get some darts and a pic of the person who you hate most in the world right now. Simply hang up the pic somewhere and throw the darts at them.
#3. Screem at the top of your lungs
#4. Listen to music
#5. Have some alone time.
#6. Talk with someone.
#7. Tell someone why your mad, sad, upset, or whatever the problem is.
#8. Cry until you cant cry anymore.
#9. Start a new life. (not meaning commit suicide but start over try to get different impressions on you from other people.
#10. Eat.
#11. Beat up a pillow, stuffed animal, etc.
#12. Find something you like and go do that.
P.S. Not all of these work. Everyone is different so one thing could work for you but doesnt work for something else.
