Well, I believed it started when I was, eh, I don't know, 7 or 8 years old(2nd grade, I believe) because that's when I started liking Pokemon. And, the ironic thing was... I was afraid of playing videogames then! surprised Yes, I rather watch my brother, my younger cousin, or someone else play instead of me. My mom says that I was scared of pushing the buttons but I believe it was fighting against enemies that scared the crap out of me especially the Poes and Redeads in The Legend of Zelda:Ocarina of Time. Heck, I was afraid to play Pokemon games because I thought every person on the screen was a trainer and that they would battle me. However, I eventually did play racing games like Mario Kart and then I started getting use to play other games that involve fighting(though it took me awhile to shake off the fear of playing The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time).
But, there are other games that still give me creeps. And it's...Resident Evil games. I may not own or even played it, but just by watching it on Youtube... especially at night *shivers*(Damn my curiosity >_< wink . What scares me is the fact that the story is too real. It makes like there could be some underground lab making some virus that make people into zombies. In short, I hate the zombies(the zombies seem more,uh, scarier than in any other game to me) and I don't like to think about getting bitten and having a choice of being a zombie or killing yourself and I sometimes hate the suspense. Grrrrr...(and don't get any funny ideas, people in real life I know. I HATE being startled.)
Ok, that's enough ranting. Uh, until next time? smile
