What if people couldn't cry?
Couldn't tell truth from a lie.
Holding all their emotions in,
seeming not to regret a sin.
Drowning in the hurt and pain...
Living a hard life, in shame.
Sometimes just wanting to let go.
Not a single person would know.
'Cause we can't show pain, or cry.
Just let the days slowly slip by.
Everything will be okay...
Most likely on another day.
