Different faces.
Ordinary features.
We're all just creatures,
In this living hell.
Where our bodies will dwell.
Where we will live, for all time.
Forever committing harmful crimes.
From making a girl cry
To hijacking a plane, to fly.
Into the towers.
Waiting for hours.
Sitting there, in doubt.
That her husband got out.
He promised to never leave...
She wonders how she was so naive.
How could she believe a promise that couldn't be true?
Her wish now, is that he pulls through.
Hoping that he puts up a fight,
to make it through the night.
To get back home to see his wife and child,
just to see them give a smile.
She knows that she has to admit
that theres no chance he could have made it...
So many lives were affected and broken,
All these emotions remain unspoken.
In fear to be judged, and mentally hurt.
People stay closed up, so they don't feel like dirt.
How could people be so brainsick,
that they'd kill so many people, so quick.
I guess that's how the world goes...
What happens next, no one ever knows.
Respect everything that you have got,
because what you've got means a lot.
You just don't realize it yet.
