Hello, my name is Hatake, I am an alien.
That’s my mommy, right there, her name is Dere. She had to sell most of her clothes and our home to have me, but that’s okay, because even though we live on the street and we have almost nothing to eat, we have each other still.
At school, everyone always teases me, because I’m different. The teachers ignore me, but that also means I never have to answer hard questions, which is good because I’m not all that smart…
My mommy works a lot to pay for my school and the things I need. Maybe, one day, we can live in a house, and mommy will have all her expensive clothes back.
I don’t know where my daddy is, mommy said that he walked away to become a rock star, and never returned… Sometimes, when mommy thinks I’m asleep, I can hear her crying softly, murmuring over missing daddy…
But then I hear her say that it’s okay, because even when daddy isn’t here, I still am, and that makes me happy. Then I sleep and dream of good things.
