I'm so ******** pissed off right now. i hate my father b/c he's a ******** dumbass and never leaves me the ******** alone.

i hate having anger. anger sucks so ******** bad. i don't understand something so i strat to just pull at my hair, hit myself, and start to cry. it happens everytime and right now it's happening. god i wish it would stop this is the second night in a row i've cried. i hate it. i feel so sick and upset and angry
